Email templates
Per document type and per language you define a subject and email body. When sending a document, these are used as starting values.

Variables
Subject and body support variables like {{customer.name}}, {{order.number}}, {{invoice.amount}}. A preview button shows the result with sample data.
Domain verification
To send mail from your own domain you must configure DNS records (SPF/DKIM). Routix shows the validation status per sender address.
