Stops and cargo
Stops and cargo only exist inside an order or quotation. They have no list screen of their own — you always add them from the parent record.
Stops
From the order/quotation: tab Stops → Add stop. Drag to reorder. The order determines the route and therefore the distance used for emissions.

Actual arrival and signing
During execution, actual arrival, actual departure and any POD/signing are captured from dispatch or the driver app.
Cargo
Cargo links to a pickup stop. It is delivered on one or more delivery stops in the same order. From the pickup: tab Cargo → Add cargo.
