Dispatch

Dispatch is the planning screen where you assign stops and shipments to vehicles, drivers or charters. Work per date and per branch.

Layout

Date picker	Drives all blocks; navigate per day or week
Plan bin (left)	Unplanned stops and shipments from `confirmed` orders
Resources (top)	Vehicles, drivers and carriers
Trip grid (center)	Planned trips per resource × time
Detail panel (right)	Properties of the selected trip/stop

Workflow

Pick a date and optionally filter by vehicle category, zone or customer.
Drag a shipment or stop from the plan bin onto a resource or existing trip.
Review the stop order within the trip and adjust times.
Optionally add a subcontracted leg to use a charter.
Confirm trip — linked shipments move to confirmed, the order moves to planned.

Conflict signals

Dispatch shows visual warnings for:

Overlapping times on the same vehicle or driver
Capacity exceeded on weight/volume/LDM
ADR cargo on a non-ADR vehicle
Expired documents (maintenance, ADR, Code 95)
