Outgoing invoices
Outgoing invoices primarily originate from approved revenue lines. Manual invoices are for exceptions such as miscellaneous items or credit notes.

From revenue lines (standard flow)
- Open /costs-revenues , filter on revenue and status
ready_for_invoicingorapproved. - Select the lines.
- Group & Invoice — lines are grouped by customer + currency + billing address, optionally also by customer reference.
- The draft invoice appears in /outgoing-invoices .
- Check lines, totals and payment term → Approve → Send.
Manual invoice
For miscellaneous items or credit notes.

Credit note
Open a sent invoice → Credit → pick lines to credit. Credit notes have their own number range.
Statuses
draft → approved → sent → paid (branches overdue, cancelled)

- Invoice document is generated on
