Users
Users are people who log into Routix. Each user gets a role and access to one or more branches.

Key fields

Invite flow
- Add user → fill in name, email, role and branches.
- The user gets an invite email with a set-password link.
- After setting a password they can log in.
Disabled vs delete
- Disabled is reversible; user cannot log in but history stays intact.
- Full delete is only possible if no records are linked to the user.
