Items
Items are the building blocks for cargo (e.g. pallet, carton) and C/R lines (e.g. transport rate, fuel surcharge, waiting time). By setting defaults on the item, you fill C/R lines and cargo quickly.

Use
- Cargo: when adding cargo to a stop, pick an item and quantity.
- C/R: when adding a line, pick an item — price, tax and GL pre-fill.
- Rate exceptions: customer- or zone-specific prices live in Tariffs.
